The quality covers all factors whose interaction affects the business processes and ultimately ensures a high level of product quality and customer satisfaction. The pharmaceutical company and product quality are always paramount for PharmaS. Therefore, all processes and procedures are in accordance with international pharmaceutical standards which are outlined by the Good Manufacturing Practice regulations.
In order to realize the established policy and quality objectives, PharmaS d.o.o. has established and implemented a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice and is constantly improving its effectiveness.
The quality management system includes all processes and sub-processes in PharmaS. They are identified and described in the relevant documents: standard operating procedures, work instructions or material specifications.
In PharmaS center Popovača production, medicines quality control, storage and distribution are established in accordance with the most stringent EU standards of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice, as well as HACCP and ISO 22000:2005 certification, standards of production, storage and sale of food supplements. In PharmaS center Zrenjanin production, medicines quality control, storage and distribution are established in accordance with most stringent standards of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice, as well as ISO 9001: 2008 certified Quality Management System (QMS).
Both factories have state-of-the-art Quality Control laboratories, where all preparations are
subjected to strict and standardized quality control procedures. Moreover, The company’s ability to manufacture products of high quality was recognized by regulatory agencies in the countries of the SEE region during the registration process of PharmaS products, thus the PharmaS standard has become a recognizable trademark of the company in the professional community.
